Diagnosis of plot-level crop growth, development and homogeneity status, and irrigation efficiency for short and medium crop management adjustments.
Peach plot-level Monitoring and forecasting irrigation water requirements
Objectives:
Piloting on-farm solution for high spatial and temporal plot-level monitoring of crop growth, development, yield gap, and irrigation efficiency.
Production of real-time advisory of irrigation water requirements including data on current conditions and 10 days weather conditions forecasting at farm level.
Projecting national level durum wheat production under climate change scenarios
Objectives:
Piloting a tool for providing the Ministry policymakers with a projection of durum wheat production for the period 2091-2100 under 1.5 scenario and 2°C scenarios using their respective CO2 levels in the future.
